  1. Your home is looking wonderful. It takes a good long time to create solid foundations. We hope your tiny home will prove to be just the foundation you both need. We know how valuable a safe haven can be and am grateful for ours every day.

    Aloha,

  2. I'd like to wish you two a Happy New Year and I'm looking foward to seeing your progress on your new home. I've followed other tiny house builds and yours is top quality. The bug screens around the bottom before the siding...Was that your idea because I haven't seen that before now. Do you have any background in carpentry because your very skilled with the saws and getting correct angles. Best of luck next year and thanks for posting a tiny house build. Take care,

  3. Mokihana and Pete, thank you! It's really been a relationship building experience, too.
Chip in NC, What a nice compliment. DK really does everything in life, the way he has built this house. With his heart fully engaged. I am so proud of the care he has put into our home. I think he read about bugscreen in one of the books we purchased. He researched the heck out of each step and never compromised his standards. Thanks again, And a Happy New Year to you!

  4. Hi I would love to know more about the materials you have chosen. YOur progress is impressive and I need safe insulation choices and alternative drywall for my tiny studio.
    Thanks! Grace crazymiles@earthlink.net
